FAQs

What if I'm already in therapy? Can I still do this work? Let's chat! In most cases integration coaching is an excellent supplement for helping you get more effective therapy sessions and can work to assist your processing of work brought up in your therapy.

What is the difference between integration coaching and therapy? While both therapy and integration coaching focus on personal growth and healing, integration coaching specifically emphasizes understanding and working with the different “parts” of yourself. We help you identify and “make friends” with all aspects of who you are, rather than just addressing surface-level behaviors. It's less about diagnosing and more about understanding the inner landscape and its impact on your life's journey. We also often explore goal orientation and intentional action steps to move you forward in the present, rather than focusing solely on the past. As an Integration Coach I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. If during our work, it becomes clear that deeper therapeutic support is needed, I would refer you to a qualified therapist.

Do you take insurance? Unfortunately not. If finances are a concern contact us to discuss what might be options for you.

I'm going through a tough time financially right now, do you have any discounts? Contact us to talk about your situation. For the integration coaching we might be able to work out a sliding scale price, or maybe a small group situation where you share the cost and time for a session. If you are interested in the Integration Fundamentals classes we also might be able to help you out with a sliding scale.

Can I swap between the individual sessions and the group classes? As the Integration Fundamentals is a set 6 week course with a specific curriculum, we recommend you complete the full 6 weeks with your cohort, but you can definitely do individual or small group sessions at the same time, after or before the course. We can also tailor a course or sessions to your needs. It is not necessary to do the Fundamentals first, but it will assist you to get more out of your individual session time.
